He collaborated with Radio legend Sunny Joe White and entrepreneur Richie Balsbaugh at a fledgling "Disco" radio station called Kiss 108 fm. There he pioneered the weekly radio music magazine, "The Music Scene" and also mixed and produced two of the nation's first live weekly radio mix shows "Club Kiss" And "Club Kiss Live."

In the 1990's, as Music Director, Tad helped to transform Boston's Hit Music Station Kiss-108 fm. There he joined a cast of superstar deejays on the air, including Hall of Fame air talents Arnie "Woo Woo" Ginsberg, Dale Dorman JJ Wright and Matt Siegel,  industry veterans Ed McMann, Jo Jo Kinkaid, Jeff Wyatt, Vinnie Peruzzi and (Lady D) The Real Diana Steele , also top music programmers Steve Rivers, Cadillac Jack and John Ivey.  Through Tad Bonvie and Associates he launched a live events production company catering to high profile radio and charity events producing live shows featuring artists such as Lionel Richie, Harry Connick Jr., Amy Grant, Vince Gill, Jewel, the Wallflowers and many more.
As producer of New England Star Search and the World Karaoke Championship, he sent more than a dozen local talents on to compete for the world title!  At CBS and Infinity radio group Tad has served as Music Director, On-Air Personality and Saturday Night Party Mix DJ/host.

But the one thing Tad always especially enjoys is DJing for crowded dance floors from New England to South Florida, providing music for many a happy occasion.
